Quality Localization Services
At Applied Language we place great importance in the quality of
our localisation services as we know how vital this is to all of
our customers. To guarantee high quality localization, Applied
Language only work with professional translators with specialist
skills in software translation, web localization and software
localization for all localization projects. In addition every
translator will:
- Have translated at least 100,000 words
- Have at least two references for previous projects
- Translate only into their native language
- Be appropriately qualified in their technical areas
- Have working industry experience for the material they
translate
We also have experienced and professional project and quality
managers who will ensure you receive the best possible service and
high quality project by conducting quality assurance checks at
every point of the localization process.
Quality Assurance Process
With all localization projects Applied Language deliver, a
quality assurance check is performed on all localized files. This
will include:
- Proofreading of all translations
- Software localization testing
- Production of bug and problem reports
- Review session of the initial agreement
Following Delivery, the overall localisation project is
discussed with the software developers to evaluate both the
technical and linguistic quality of the localized product. The
feedback process is just as important to us as all feedback is
beneficial for future projects.

ISO9001

One of the key measures we apply to every aspect of our business
is the application of the internationally recognised ISO9001
standard.
DIN EN 15038

DIN EN is the German standard for translation quality and is the
equivalent of the British Standard. It's currently the only
accreditation specifically designed for translation services.
